Mission Statement

Our mission is to communicate to the community our understanding of air quality in the Tri-Valley area, listen to community feedback, collaborate with interested parties, and promote actions that will effectively reduce emissions, mitigate health impacts, and reduce climate disruption.

Why TVAQCA?

Each year, the Tri-Valley area experiences on average 1 in 5 days of air pollution that reaches moderate or higher Air Quality Indexes (AQIs at 50 or above), which negatively affects around 1 in 4 Tri-Valley residents who are sensitive to air pollution.
